chief executive officer must maintain a Register of Interests and must cause
to be entered in the Register all information furnished pursuant to this
Subdivision (including by the chief executive officer).
(2) If a person to
whom this Subdivision applies (other than the chief executive officer) fails
to submit a return to the chief executive officer within the time allowed by
this Subdivision, the chief executive officer must as soon as practicable
notify the person, in writing, of that fact.
