South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) A person who,
without the council's permission, intentionally or negligently damages a road
or a structure (including pipes, wires, cables, fixtures, fittings and other
objects) belonging to the council associated with a road is liable to the
council in damages.
(2) The council may
recover damages under this section in the same way as damages for a tort.
