South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Panel will
have such staff (comprised of persons employed in the Public Service of the
State) as is necessary for the purposes of the performance of the Panel's
functions under this and any other Act.
(2) The Panel may, by
arrangement with the appropriate authority, make use of the services,
facilities or employees of a government department, agency or instrumentality.
