(1) The Panel may, at
any time, arrange for mediation, conciliation, arbitration or other dispute or
conflict resolution ("alternative dispute resolution ) to be conducted in
relation to the subject matter of a complaint referred under this Subdivision.
(2) If agreement is
reached through alternative dispute resolution—
(a) the
agreement must be recorded in writing and signed by the parties to the
agreement and by a member of the Panel on behalf of the Panel; and
(b) a
copy of the agreement must be given to each of the parties.
(3) The Panel may, if
satisfied that the subject matter of a complaint has been properly resolved by
alternative dispute resolution, determine to take no further action on the
complaint.
