LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1999 - SECT 286

286—Evidence of making of a rate

A copy of the Gazette containing a notice of the declaration of a rate or charge is conclusive evidence that the rate or charge has been duly declared (except in proceedings to quash the rate).
