(1) Except as provided
by this Division, the Commission or an investigator appointed by the
Commission is not subject to Ministerial direction in relation to an inquiry
or a recommendation or report under this Division.
(2) Sections 16 to 18
of the South Australian Local Government Grants Commission Act 1992 do
not apply to or in relation to an inquiry conducted or recommendation made
under this Division.
