South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) LPEAC must, on or
before 31 October in each year, prepare and present to the Attorney-General a
report on the operations of LPEAC for the last financial year.
(2) The
Attorney-General must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report from
LPEAC, cause copies of the report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
