LEGAL PRACTITIONERS ACT 1981 - SECT 20AK

20AK—Surrender and cancellation of practising certificate

        (1)         The holder of a practising certificate may surrender the certificate to the Supreme Court.

        (2)         The Supreme Court may cancel the certificate.
