South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) No action at law
or in equity lies against the Society or a legal practitioner for any action
done in compliance with this Division.
(2) This Division does
not affect the interest or claim of any person beneficially entitled to
trust money and any such interest or claim may be asserted and enforced as
effectually as if this Division had not been enacted.
