(1) The Commissioner
and the Tribunal must each, on or before 31 October in each year, prepare and
present to the Attorney-General and the Chief Justice a report on their
proceedings for the last financial year.
(2) A report must
contain—
(a) a
statement of the nature of the matters subject to investigation or inquiry;
and
(b)
information as to case management, and the number of uncompleted matters
outstanding at the end of the financial year; and
(c) such
other information as the Attorney-General may require.
(3) The
Attorney-General must, within 12 sitting days after receiving a report from
the Commissioner or the Tribunal under this section, cause copies of the
report to be laid before both Houses of Parliament.
