South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts30A—Certain co-managed conservation parks cease on termination of
co-management agreement
(1) This section
applies to a co-managed conservation park comprised of Aboriginal-owned land
that was Aboriginal-owned land before it was constituted a conservation park.
(2) If the
co-management agreement for a conservation park to which this section applies
is terminated—
(a) the
land ceases to be a conservation park; and
(b) the
Minister must cause notice of that fact to be published in the Gazette.
