32—Constitution of game reserves by proclamation
(1) The Governor may,
by proclamation—
(a)
constitute as a game reserve any Crown land that should in the Governor's
opinion be preserved for the conservation of wildlife and management of game;
and
(b)
assign a name to a game reserve so constituted.
(2) The Governor may,
by subsequent proclamation—
(a)
abolish a game reserve constituted under this section; or
(b)
alter the boundaries of a game reserve constituted under this section; or
(c)
alter the name assigned to a game reserve under this section.
