34—Constitution of recreation parks by proclamation
(1) The Governor may,
by proclamation—
(a)
constitute as a recreation park any specified Crown land that should in the
Governor's opinion be conserved and managed for public recreation and
enjoyment; and
(b)
assign a name to a recreation park so constituted.
(2) The Governor may,
by subsequent proclamation—
(a)
abolish a recreation park constituted under this section; or
(b)
alter the boundaries of a recreation park constituted under this section; or
(c)
alter the name assigned to a recreation park constituted under this section.
