NATIONAL PARKS AND WILDLIFE ACT 1972 - SECT 60H

60H—Interpretation

In this Division, unless the contrary intention appears—

"harvesting" of a protected animal means—

            (a)         to kill the protected animal in the wild; or

            (b)         to capture the protected animal from the wild and then kill it,

in order to sell the carcass of the animal or to use it for any other purpose.
