(1) The Governor may,
by proclamation, restrict or prohibit the use of firearms or devices of a
specified class for the taking of particular species of animals or for the
taking of animals generally.
(2) A person who
contravenes a restriction or prohibition imposed under subsection (1) is
guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $1 000.
Expiation fee: $150.
