174—Entry of surrender or foreclosure not to prejudice cause of action
Under the preceding provisions as regards a lessee becoming bankrupt or making
a statutory assignment, no entry of surrender or foreclosure respectively
shall prejudice any cause of action in respect of any breach or non-observance
of any covenants in such lease, encumbrance, or mortgage respectively
contained or implied which shall have accrued previously to such lessee
becoming bankrupt or making a statutory assignment.
