The Court may either refuse such application, with or without costs, to be
paid by the applicant, or may make an order for the transfer, and may direct
the transferor personally to pay all the costs of such application and any
damages the person aggrieved may have sustained, or may order such costs to be
paid out of the estate of the deceased registered proprietor, or in such other
manner as the Court may think proper.
