183—Court may decide question of title etc
The Court may, on any such application, decide on questions relating to the
title of any person party to the application or proceeding, and generally may
decide any question that it may be necessary or expedient to decide for the
purpose of ordering the land to be transferred, or may direct an action to be
brought or an issue to be tried in which the rights of the parties may be
decided, or any question of law settled.
