185—Action may be brought by person claiming beneficial interest in name
of trustee
Every trustee who shall be registered as proprietor of any land, shall, on
being indemnified, be bound to allow his name to be used by any beneficiary,
or person claiming an estate or interest in the land, as plaintiff or
defendant in any action for recovery of possession of the land or any part
thereof. And, in case there shall be any dispute as to the sufficiency of any
indemnity, the same shall be decided by the Master of the Court.
