South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts217—Payments out of Assurance Fund to be deemed made on account of
certain persons
Any amount paid out of the Assurance Fund in consequence of any person being
dead, or having become bankrupt, or having made a statutory assignment, or in
consequence of its not being possible to find any person within the
jurisdiction of the Court, shall be deemed to have been paid on account of
such person.
