240E—Client authorisation may be given by Crown or statutory corporation
The Crown (including an instrumentality of the Crown) or a statutory
corporation may provide for a representative to execute instruments on its
behalf by completing a client authorisation (irrespective of whether it has
the capacity to delegate its powers).
