sections, the Registrar-General shall, so far as possible, enter the like
memorial of every document or instrument produced by the applicant in the same
manner as if such document or instrument had been presented for registration
in its proper order of time: Provided that no such registration shall be made
if it would interfere with the right of any person claiming under any
instrument previously registered under this Act.
