REAL PROPERTY ACT 1886 - SECT 25

25—Land in two classes

For the purpose of bringing land under the provisions of this Act, it shall be regarded as divided into two classes, as follows:

            (a)         land hereafter alienated in fee from the Crown;

            (b)         land heretofore alienated in fee from the Crown.
