orders confirming opening of new roads etc
Whenever an order for opening a new road or closing an old road, or for the
exchange of any water or other reserve, through or affecting land under the
provisions of this Act shall have been duly confirmed, the Surveyor-General
shall forthwith after such confirmation forward to the Registrar-General
particulars of the date of such confirmation, and of the width, length,
bearings, and measurements of such road, or of the exact dimensions and
position of such reserve, and of the land taken in exchange.
