South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts37—How land to be brought under Act
The Registrar-General shall bring land under the provisions of this Act by
issuing a certificate for the same to the applicant, or to such person as he
or the person applying in his name or on his behalf may by any writing under
his hand direct.
