The registered proprietor of any land shall, as from the eighteenth day of
November, 1886, hold the same freed and discharged from all rights-of-way
existing on or before that date and not entered upon the certificate of such
land in pursuance of an application made on or before such date under the
Rights-of-Way Act 1881 .
