SOUTH AUSTRALIAN FORESTRY CORPORATION ACT 2000 - SECT 4

4—Interpretation

In this Act, unless the contrary intention appears—

"board" means the board of directors established as the governing body of the Corporation under Part 3;

"Corporation" means South Australian Forestry Corporation established under Part 2;

"director" means a member of the board under Part 3 and includes a person appointed as an acting director under that Part.
