(1) A person must not
travel in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy that is being
towed by a vehicle.

(2) A person
travelling in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy must not hold
onto a vehicle while the vehicle is moving.

(3) A person
travelling in or on a wheeled recreational device or wheeled toy must not
travel within 2 metres of the rear of a moving motor vehicle continuously for
more than 200 metres.
