A driver must not make a U-turn at a place with traffic lights where a road
and road-related area intersect unless there is a U-turn permitted sign at the
place.
Offence provision.
Note 1—
"Road" includes a road-related area—see rule 11(2).
Note 2—
"Traffic lights" is defined in the dictionary and "road-related area" is
defined in rule 13.
