South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations8—Membership of Authority
(1) The Authority
consists of 3 members appointed by the Governor.
(2) The Authority's
membership must include at least 1 person with wide experience in the dairy
industry.
(3) The Authority may
appoint a suitable person to be the deputy of a member of the Authority and a
person so appointed may act in the place of the member during any absence of
the member.
