PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 108

108—Unoccupied seats

A person must not prevent or deter another person from occupying an unoccupied seat in a regular passenger service vehicle or at prescribed premises.

Maximum penalty: $750.

Expiation fee: $105.
