(1) A person must not
throw or catapult an object while in a regular passenger service vehicle or at
prescribed premises.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
Expiation fee: $160.
(2) A person must not
throw or catapult an object from a regular passenger service vehicle, or at a
regular passenger service vehicle.
Maximum penalty: $1 250.
Expiation fee: $160.
