renewal of, an accreditation under Part 4 Division 2 of the Act to
submit a medical report or other evidence acceptable to the Minister to
establish that the person does not suffer a physical or mental incapacity that
impairs, or could impair, his or her ability to work effectively as the driver
of a public passenger vehicle under the accreditation.
