21—Duty of accredited person to furnish information
(1) The holder of an
accreditation under Part 4 of the Act must, if so required by the
Minister by notice in writing, furnish to the Minister or to a person
nominated by the Minister for the purpose, within a period specified in the
notice, a return in a form determined by the Minister setting out such
information as to the operation of a service, or as to any other matter
relevant to the accreditation, as the Minister, or the nominated person, may
require.
Maximum penalty: $750.
Expiation fee: $105.
(2) The Minister may
require that information contained in a return under subregulation (1) be
verified by statutory declaration.
