An applicant for a taxi licence must satisfy the Minister that the vehicle in
respect of which the licence is sought—
(a) has
an engine capacity of 4 cylinders or more; and
(b) is
capable of seating at least 4 average-sized adults comfortably plus the
driver; and
(c) in
the case of a sedan or wagon—has at least 4 doors; and
(d)
complies with these regulations and any requirement determined by the
Minister; and
(e) is
suitable for use as a taxi under a licence of the kind or grade applied for;
and
(f) is
in good order.
