PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 41

41—Defacing etc lending of licences

The holder of a taxi licence must not—

            (a)         deface, alter, or mutilate the licence; or

            (b)         part with possession of the licence except as required under these regulations or the Act.

Maximum penalty: $750.

Expiation fee: $105.
