A person to whom a taxi sign has been issued, or who has possession or custody
of a taxi sign or a vehicle to which such a sign is fitted must, on request by
an authorised officer for the return of the sign, immediately deliver the sign
to the authorised officer or the Minister.
Maximum penalty: $750.
Expiation fee: $105.
