The relevant person for a taxi must ensure that the legal charges that may be
demanded or recovered for the hiring of the taxi are displayed in the taxi in
a manner approved by the Minister together with other information (whether or
not relating to charges) that the Minister determines should be displayed in
the public interest.
Maximum penalty: $750.
Expiation fee: $105.
