services
For the purposes of section 29(1)(a) of the Act, the following classes of
passenger services are prescribed:
(a) a
chauffeured vehicle service provided under a Small Passenger Vehicle
(Metropolitan) Accreditation;
(b) a
chauffeured vehicle service provided under a Small Passenger Vehicle
(Non-Metropolitan) Accreditation.
