PASSENGER TRANSPORT REGULATIONS 2009 - REG 92

92—Placement of luggage

A passenger on a public passenger vehicle must not put luggage or any other article in a place where it could cause a risk to another passenger.

Maximum penalty: $750.

Expiation fee: $105.
