WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2012 - REG 128

128—Voluntary surrender of accreditation

        (1)         An accredited assessor may voluntarily surrender the accreditation document to the regulator.

        (2)         The accreditation expires on the surrender of the accreditation document.
