WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS 2012 - REG 139

139—Accredited assessor to return accreditation document

An accredited assessor, on receiving a notice under regulation 137, must return the accreditation document to the regulator in accordance with that notice.

Maximum penalty:

            (a)         In the case of an individual—$1 250.

            (b)         In the case of a body corporate—$6 000.

Expiation fee:

            (a)         In the case of an individual—$144.

            (b)         In the case of a body corporate—$720.
