South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies if the design of plant includes an emergency warning device or it is
necessary to include an emergency warning device to minimise risk.
(2) The designer of
the plant must ensure that the design provides for the device to be positioned
on the plant to ensure the device will work to best effect.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$6 000.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
