The person with management or control of plant at a workplace must, so far as
is reasonably practicable, prevent alterations to or interference with the
plant that are not authorised by the person.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$6 000.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
