South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations (1) This regulation
applies if the design of plant includes an emergency warning device or it is
necessary to include an emergency warning device to minimise risk.
(2) The person with
management or control of the plant must ensure that the device is positioned
on the plant to ensure that the device will work to best effect.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$6 000.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
