230—Records to be available for inspection
(1) A designer of
plant must ensure that the records made under regulations 228 and 229 are
kept available for inspection under the Act.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$1 250.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$6 000.
Expiation fee:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$144.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$720.
(2) A designer of
plant must ensure that the records made available under regulations 228 and
229 are made available for inspection by the design verifier of the plant
design.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$1 250.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$6 000.
Expiation fee:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$144.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$720.
(3) A designer of
plant must keep the records made under regulations 228 and 229 for the design
life of the plant.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$1 250.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$6 000.
Expiation fee:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$144.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$720.
