South Australian Current Regulations South Australian Current Regulations252—Who can be the design verifier
(1) A person is
eligible to be a design verifier for the design of an item of plant if the
person is a competent person.
(2) Despite
subregulation (1), a person is not eligible to be a design verifier for
the design of an item of plant if the person was involved in the production of
the design.
