handles, generates or stores hazardous chemicals must ensure that equipment is
always available at the workplace for use in an emergency.
Note—
A person conducting a business or undertaking must comply with Division 4
of Chapter 3 Part 2.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$6 000.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$30 000.
