404—Changes to information in notification of lead risk work
(1) A
person conducting a business or undertaking at a workplace must give the
regulator written notice of any change in the information given in a notice
under regulation 403 before the change or as soon as practicable after
the person becomes aware of the change.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$1 250.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$6 000.
(2) The person
must—
(a) keep
a copy of the notice given to the regulator while the lead risk work is
carried out at the workplace; and
(b)
ensure that a copy of the notice is readily accessible to a worker who is
likely to be exposed to lead, and the worker's health and safety
representative.
Maximum penalty:
(a) In
the case of an individual—$1 250.
(b) In
the case of a body corporate—$6 000.
