The mine operator of a mine, in complying with air monitoring requirements
under regulation 50 and this Chapter, must ensure that signs are erected at
the mine that explain—
(a) the
meaning of any warning produced by an air monitoring device; and
(b) what
persons must do in response to the warning.
Maximum penalty:
(a) in
the case of an individual—$3 600;
(b) in
the case of a body corporate—$18 000.
